AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!! WHAT WAS I THINKING???

Anyway, it's a week before November...... which just happens to be the "write a novel in a month" month. And guess what? I'm doing it.

So, as you can probably guess by the outburst above, I'm really extra freaked out about this whole deal. I'm DOOMED!!!!!!!!

The joys of...... shopping?

Lately, my sister and I have found that our favorite place in this small town is.... the mall. How did we get this way? Seriously, what is it about teenage girls that has an almost magnetic attraction to SHOPPING??

I don't know. I only know that 1.) webkinz and miniclip are no longer huge, time consuming things in my life and 2.) Auntie Anne's has the best pretzels on the planet.

So, teenage girl is OUT. If you need me, I'll be at Target.

She's a relatively new friend of mine (I met her at 4-h) and she gave me her devinART page link. It's really cool, I advise you to check it out and read her Percy Jackson fanfiction and look at her awesome drawings. (Link found HERE)

Lately, she's started writing a new story as well. This one is her original idea, and I honestly can't wait to get my fingers on her first chapter. She's a really talented writer. (link to her official story site HERE!)

Soundtrack for "Fang"

I'm a HUGE Maximum Ride fan, and so I tend to talk to other random fans of it. Well, anyway, I heard about this song that someone thought was perfect for the ending of "Fang" (the current last book in the series... there's another coming out this February.) Soooooooo I looked it up and...... it. is. PERFECT.
(At least I think so.)

A Random Observation

I'm an avid journalist. I also tend to go back and read random excerpts from my journal. Last night, while reading it, I noticed that Kievan has extremely bad luck near her birthday.
My entries:

Febuary 4, 2007 (Kievan's birthday)
"Today there was a tornado!! The siren went off and we all got into the hallway. We were all really scared and the other kids cried."

Febuary 5, 2008 (day after Kievan's birthday)
"We had to go to church with Mrs. Rebbecca today because Kievan is really sick with the flu."

February 2, 2009 (2 days before Kievan's birthday)
"Our mom was taken to the hospital tonight. Somethings wrong with the baby! I'm really, really, really worried."


Yup. Poor Kievan. :P

Random conversation between a lot of dragons....

Hey guys! On Shelfari.com, I'm writing a chain story with some other person. Just for fun, I wrote this random conversation between the good dragons in the story. They're conversing about one of my friend's stories. :D

Logee: Did you guys read Charlotte's newest chapter in "The New Beginning?"?

Groot: Yes I did. I think that Miss Smith has exceptional writin skills and that her latest installment in her delightful story was truly enjoyable and highly satisfactoy. My only gripe with the story is that the main antagonist takes the form of a dragon-

Trinity (head 2): Oh, be quiet, Groot.

Trinity (head 1): What I MEANT to say was, I read it and I really liked it.

Lekhrish: Ek het dit gelees het nie, duh! Ek kan nie lees nie Engels! Ek kan nog nie praat nie!
(rough translation: I have not read it, duh! I can not read English! I still can not even speak it!)

Logee: Oh, of COURSE you didn't read it, sorry, Lek. Did you read it, Geel?

Geel Oonramya: No way! I don't have time to sit around READING!!

Lekhrish: Julle is vir my so weird.
(rough translation: You guys are so weird.)

Trinity (head 2): You're one to talk.

Trinity (head 3): *bursts out laughing*

Trinity (head 1): What I MEANT to say is, Lek, well, you're weirder than the rest of us put toether! No offence, or anything.

Groot: Acctually, Trinity, I believe that your logic is somewhat flawed. I think that you will find that All of us combined would be infinitely weirder than-

Ouch...

Yesterday Kiki and I went to our local nature park and decided to take a walk, despite the fact that it was about 100 degrees and humid. Unfortunately, we got lost with no phone in the middle of a forest, with a Pomeranian dog and a disgustingly hot water bottle. So we walked and walked and WALKED until we finally came to the main road. Then we walked MORE until we finally came to the lake. We finally managed to get to the lake to see where on earth we were, and there, ALL the way on the other side, was out starting point. It was like, 6 miles away!! We almost passed out at the thought of walking the entire way back. Luckily, we didn't have to. We'd been missing for an hour and a half, so our Mom drove around looking for us, and found us.
